About Me

I’ve been a lifelong student of astrology, philosophy and the spiritual sciences, drawn especially to the deeper meanings and currents that run beneath ordinary experience. Alongside these esoteric studies, I pursued a more traditional path, first training in law and then spending a decade working in financial services in London and New York.

Field & Compass brings these worlds together, combining the symbolic depth of Jyotish with a rigorous, methodical approach to analysis and pattern recognition. I specialize in translating the rich symbolism of Jyotish into clear, accessible insights that can be meaningfully applied to modern life, with particular attention to relationships and family dynamics.

I am especially drawn to work involving children and families, helping parents see the individuality of the child in front of them more clearly and illuminating the patterns through which we meet, understand and relate to one another.

I live in the greater Washington, D.C. area with my husband, our three young children, and two old cats.
